Pre-heat oven to 160°C (fan forced) and grease or line a 12-hole muffin tin with patty pans.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Add the bran and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Scoop batter into muffin holes (no more than 2/3 full). Bake for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
