McKenzie's Baking Powder 300g

McKenzie's Baking Powder is an effective raising agent developed to give your baked goods a lift.

• Gluten Free.
• Original Ward's Baking Powder recipe.

• To make self-raising flour, mix two teaspoons of McKenzie's Baking Powder to each cup of plain flour. Sift thoroughly several times.
• Do not be tempted to add more baking powder than a recipe suggests! Too much can cause the mixture to taste bitter and can also cause the mixture to rise too rapidly and then deflate.
