Preheat oven to 180C degrees (or 160C fan forced).
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Add beaten eggs and oil and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips
Spread in a 20cm square pan lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 mins until just set or until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool in tray then transfer to wire rack and dust with icing sugar (optional).
Best served warm, but will keep in an airtight container for a few days. If they last that long!!
