Dairy free & gluten free
Preheat oven to 180c degrees or 160c fan forced.
Combine all dry ingredients (except the walnuts if using) in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.
Gently combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon. Pour into a lined loaf tin (OPTIONAL sprinkle with walnut halves)
Bake for 45 mins or until skewer comes out clean. Leave in tin to cool for 15 mins. Serve warm (add a spread of Nuttelex for extra indulgence).
