McKenzie's Cream Stabiliser is a powder added to whipped cream to provide long-lasting stability with a touch of sweetness. Makes your cream hold its shape for longer, perfect for keeping your piping looking and tasting great on pavlovas, sponge cakes or whatever the occasion. Cream stabiliser is also ideal for making delicious cream ahead of time!

Usage Guide

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of cream stabiliser to every 300mL of cream.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes until firm.

This will keep your whipped cream structure perfect for up to 72 hours.

Icing sugar, tapioca flour, pea protein, processing aid (sulphites).
