Prepare and cook SuperBlend according to on-pack instructions until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.rnSet aside.
In a large bowl, combine SuperBlend, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, spinach and basil. Toss to combine.
For dressing; whisk together the oil, vinegar, rosemary and garlic. Season to taste.
Spoon onto serving platter ,drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with parmesan.
