Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions on a medium heat. Add ginger, garlic and ground spices and stir for 2 minutes (or until they become aromatic).
Add the SuperBlend Protein and stir for 1 minute.
Add the vegetable stock and cook on high heat until it boils. Lower the heat and let the ingredients simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste.
Remove from the heat and add squeezed lime juice and garnish with a dollop of yoghurt and chopped coriander.
