An easy and tasty Asian pork recipe for your slow cooker.
Turn on slow cooker to low.rnHeat half the oil in a wok over high heat. Add 1/2 of the pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until brown all over. Transfer to the slow cooker. Repeat with remaining oil and pork and add to slow cooker.
Add eschalots and garlic to wok and cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, water, star anise, five spice and fish sauce. Bring to the boil. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add 1 cup McKenzie's Whole Green Lentils to slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Add the bok choy (or any greens of your choice) to the slow cooker 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve with rice and garnish with spring onions.
