Place all ingredients into a bowl. Mix and knead for a few minutes. Cover with cling film and leave for one hour to rise.
Knead again slightly and shape into two focaccias. Place on non-stick baking paper. Top with chopped garlic, olive oil and dukkah.
Place in a preheated 180oC oven for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
