Step 1
Combine yoghurt, cumin, lemon, salt and pepper to make a dressing. Place dressing on the bottom of the jar.
Step 2
Layer remaining ingredients starting with cooked beans, then capsicum, avocado, corn, onion, spinach and coriander.
Step 3
When ready to eat, pour out into a bowl and mix.
1/2 cup of cooked McKenzie’s White Quinoa can also be added for add texture of nutrition.
