Cook SuperBlend mix to pack directions, rinse under cold water and set aside.
Plunge beans into a pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until vibrant. Drain and refresh under cold water. Set aside.
To prepare the dressing, combine olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and whisk well with a fork.
In a large bowl, combine SuperBlend with the beans, onion, feta and basil, toss well. Pour in dressing and toss to coat. Spoon into serving bowl and serve sprinkled with extra basil leaves and feta if desired.
