Coconut Drop Biscuits

Directions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

Step 2

Mix coconut and condensed milk together. Add vanilla essence.

Step 3

Line baking tray with rice paper.

Step 4

Drop teaspoonfuls of coconut mixture onto rice paper. Top with cherries.

Step 5

Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool. Once cool, remove excess rice paper.

Tips

  • Cherries can be replaced with blached almonds or 1/4 teaspoon of strawberry jam.

  • 250g McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2-3 sheets edible rice paper
  • 15 glace cherries, halved
