Step 1

Mix rice bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa in a large mixing bowl using a wooden spoon or spatula. With Mum’s help, slowly melt the copha in a saucepan over a low heat. Allow to cool slightly.

Step 2

Ask Mum to pour the copha in the rice bubble mixture and mix all ingredients well together. Using 2 teaspoons, spoon the mixture into 24 patty cases. Place each Chocolate Crackle on a tray and refrigerate until firm.
