Chocolate & Coconut Nests

Directions
Step 1

Grease an 8-hole 1/3 cup muffin pan with cooking spray or oil.

Step 2

Combine coconut & chocolate in a bowl.

Step 3

Divide among the prepared muffin pans. Use the end of a spoon to push an indent into the centre of each filled muffin cup.

Step 4

Place in the fridge for an hour or until set.

Step 5

Remove the nests from the pans and place chocolate eggs into the centre.

Tips

  • Use milk chocolate or dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
  • Add 1/3 cup diced glace cherries or mini marshmallows at step 2.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups McKenzie's Shredded Coconut
  • 2 cups white chocolate, melted
