Grease an 8-hole 1/3 cup muffin pan with cooking spray or oil.
Combine coconut & chocolate in a bowl.
Divide among the prepared muffin pans. Use the end of a spoon to push an indent into the centre of each filled muffin cup.
Place in the fridge for an hour or until set.
Remove the nests from the pans and place chocolate eggs into the centre.
