Combine flours, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water and oil, whisk together until smooth.
Pre-heat a frying pan and lightly brush with additional oil. Pour 2 tablespoon measures into the pan and spread out slightly with the back of a spoon or spatula to measure approx. 12-15cm diameter. Allow to cook for several minutes or until golden. Turn over and cook for a further minute. Remove to a plate and keep warm until all the tortillas have been made.
Tortillas are ready to be filled with your favourite filling.
