Pre-cook beans to pack directions, set aside.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a heavy based pan. Sear each side of chicken until golden. Set aside.
Heat remaining oil in pan and cook the onions, chorizo and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, water and beans. Simmer for 5 minutes and season well.
Transfer tomato mixture to a baking dish and nestle the chicken pieces on top. Bake at 180oC for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve with green vegetables.
