This recipe requires a 30-40 minute proving time at step 1.
In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and add water and oil. Bring the mixture together into a dough then turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover with clingwrap or a clean tea towel. Set aside to rise in a warm place until doubled in size (30-40 minutes).
Place dough onto a floured surface and knead again for 1 minute. Divide dough in half and roll each one out and place onto lightly greased pizza trays.
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (fan forced).
To assemble ghosts: evenly spread ½ cup pizza sauce on each base. Sprinkle with ¾ mozzarella cheese and tiny bits of olive pieces. Arrange half the sliced capsicum and half the tomatoes on top of the cheese. Break each piece of tasty cheese in half making odd shapes to resemble a ghost and place these pieces onto the tomato slices. Use sliced olives for the ghost mouth and tiny bits of olives for the eyes. Repeat for the remaining pizza.
Place in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes or until the base is golden.
