Preheat oven and two trays to 200oC fan-forced. On a clean bench, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the centre and add the water and oil. Mix and knead until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into four portions. Lightly flour a work surface and roll out each piece of dough into a rectangle. Press in the olives and rosemary and sprinkle each portion with extra salt.
Place bread on pre-heated trays and bake for 8 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool on trays and serve with extra olive oil.
