McKenzie’s Baking Powder 300g
McKenzie’s Baking Powder is an effective action raising agent developed to give baked goods a lift. In baking, baking powder can be used to achieve lighter and airy textures for breads, muffins, cakes and biscuits.

Rice Flour, Sodium Acid Pyrophophate (450), Sodium Bicarbonate (500)
- To make self-raising flour, mix two teaspoons of McKenzie’s Baking Powder to each cup of plain flour. Sift thoroughly several times.
- Do not be tempted to add more baking powder than a recipe suggests! Too much can cause the mixture to taste bitter and can also cause the mixture to rise too rapidly and then deflate.
