Date, Cranberry & Dark Chocolate Muesli Bars

Directions
Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180oC (160oC fan-forced). Combine oats, dates, chocolate, coconut flour, coconut sugar and craisins in a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Whisk together the coconut oil and eggs. Pour over oat mixture and mix until well combined.

Step 3

Press into lined 17 x 27 cm slice tray. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting into slices.

Tips

Muesli Slice can be drizzled with melted chocolate for additional decoration if desired before cutting into pieces.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 8 medjool dates, finely chopped
  • 50g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp McKenzie's Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup McKenzie's Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, warmed
  • 2 extra large eggs
