Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except for the pink food colouring together and divide in half. Evenly press one half of the mixture into a foil lined slice tin.

Step 2

Colour the other half of the mixture with a few drops of pink food colouring. Press the pink mixture onto the white layer.

Step 3

Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes and then cut into 3cm squares.
