McKenzie’s Moist Flakes Coconut is a premium grade flake of coconut, moist and ready to use. Moist flakes coconut are perfect for sumptuous coconut cakes, biscuits and other baked goods.
- Available in a re-sealable, storage friendly pack that keeps the product moist and fresh when you need it.
Coconut, Sugar, Water, Salt, Humectant (1520), Preservatives (202, 223)
- To tint coconut, place moist flakes coconut in a resealable bag. Add a few drops of food colouring. Seal the bag and shake until the coconut is evenly coloured.
- To flavour coconut, place moist flakes coconut in a reusable bag. Add 1/2 teaspoon of McKenzie’s Cinnamon or Nutmeg. Seal the bag and shake until combined.
