Ingredients: 4 cups water; 1 1/2 cups sugar; Juice of 3 lemons; 1 tsp McKenzie's Tartaric Acid; 1 tsp McKenzie's Citric Acid; 1 tsp McKenzie's Cream of Tartar; Garnish with fresh mint, crushed ice and sliced lemon

4 cups water 1^1/2cups sugar Juice of 3 lemons 1 tsp McKenzie's Tartaric Acid 1 tsp McKenzie's Citric Acid 1 tsp McKenzie's Cream of Tartar Garnish with fresh mint, crushed ice and sliced lemon

Step 1

Bring water to boil and add sugar. Dissolve sugar stirring thoroughly.

Step 2

Add lemon juice, tartaric acid, citric acid and cream of tartar, stirring until completely dissolved. Dilute cordial to taste and garnish with fresh mint, ice and sliced lemons.
