Step 1

Prepare and cook chick peas as per pack directions. Drain.

Step 2

Puree cooked chick peas in a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients (except salt and pepper) and blend together. Slowly add 3/4-1 cup water until a smooth creamy consistency is reached. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 3

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika. Thin down this recipe with extra water to make a delicious dressing or sauce for a salad, grilled chicken or baked potatoes.

Paired with a salad and tasty bread like garlic naan, it’s a simple meal that still packs a (protein) punch!
