Place rinsed quinoa and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes until cooked. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for up to 4 days.
To prepare porridge, place cooked quinoa, milk and cinnamon in a saucepan and gently heat until warmed through. Divide between serving bowls and drizzle with extra milk as required.
Top porridge with seasonal fruits and a good sprinkling of coconut.
