Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies

Step 1

Set air fryer to 180ºC and heat for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, oats, coconut, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder until well combined.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, vanilla, maple syrup and eggs. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. With a wooden spoon, mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

Step 3

Place a paper liner in the air fryer or spray the air fryer with a non- stick spray. Scoop the mixture into 1 tablespoon sized balls, flatten slightly and place into air fryer basket 2cm apart.

Step 4

Air fry for 6 minutes, then allow to cool for 3 minutes before removing them to cool completely on a wire rack.

Use pecans in place of walnuts.
