Directions
Step 1

Combine the apple, oats, apple juice, yoghurt and cinnamon in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

Step 2

Combine oat mix and remaining ingredients just before serving. Dollop with extra yoghurt to serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 apple, grated or chopped
  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve
  • 1/4 tsp McKenzie's Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup McKenzie's Flaked Almonds
  • 2 tbs pepitas
  • 1/4 cup McKenzie's Shaved Coconut (Dried)
  • 1/4 cup cranberries or currants
