Step 1
Add beans, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt & pepper to a food processor.
Step 2
Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning (more lime for zing, more salt for depth).
Step 3
Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and top with your garnishes. Perfect served with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or spread on toast.
