McKenzie's Egg Replacer 70g

McKenzie's Egg Replacer is a vegan powder to help you create egg-free baked goods with a similar texture.

• Equivalent to 28 eggs per pack*
  *Based on the average size of 1 whole large egg.

• To replace 1 egg, combine 1 teaspoon egg replacer with 2 tablespoons water. Whisk for 20 seconds.
• For best results, add the egg replacer mixture to other liquid ingredients in your recipe before adding to dry ingredients.
