McKenzie’s Egg Replacer 70g
McKenzie’s Egg Replacer is a vegan powder to help you create egg-free baked goods with a similar texture. When baking, our egg replacer replicates the functions of eggs such as binding, structure, moisture and rising.
- Equivalent to 28 eggs per pack*
*Based on the average size of 1 whole large egg.
Potato starch, tapioca flour, pea protein, raising agent (500), stabiliser (461), processing aid (sulphites)
- To replace 1 egg, combine 1 teaspoon egg replacer with 2 tablespoons water. Whisk for 20 seconds.
- For best results, add the egg replacer mixture to other liquid ingredients in your recipe before adding to dry ingredients.
