McKenzie’s Corn Flour 330g
McKenzie’s Corn Flour is made from pure corn and is therefore wheat free. This light flour has a very subtle flavour, making it perfect to thicken sauces and custard or to create the lightest of sponge cakes.
Maize corn flour, processing aid (sulphites).
- Great for cakes, meringue, custard, batter and to thicken sauces

- Get the best results:
1. When using corn flour as a thickening agent, make a slurry before adding to your sauce to prevent lumping.
2. Simply combine 1 part corn flour with 2 parts liquid and mix until smooth. Add this to your sauce and heat until thickened.
3. Don’t substitute Corn starch when buying Corn Flour – they are different in texture and will yield different results.
