Step 1
Place tomatoes, olive oil, red onion and basil leaves in a bowl. Combine and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the baguette into thick slices. Top with tomato mix and season with extra sea salt & pepper if desired.
To make this recipe gluten free friendly, simply use gluten free bread instead of a baguette.
