Step 1

Combine the apple, oats, apple juice, yoghurt and cinnamon in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

Step 2

Combine oat mix and remaining ingredients just before serving. Dollop with extra yoghurt to serve.
