Prepare green split peas according to packet directions.
Combine the peas, onion, garlic, coriander, chilli, mint and lemon juice in a large bowl. Sift over flour and curry powder and toss to combine.
Add the egg and stir until just combined. Season with salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 16 patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add half the fritters and shallow fry for 3 minutes each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Repeat with remaining fritters, reheating oil if necessary.
Arrange on a platter and serve immediately with natural yoghurt & naan bread.
