Prepare SuperBlend according to on-pack preparation instructions.
Heat the oil in a large pot and add leek, garlic, ginger and tumeric, cooking until leek is just tender. Add chicken pieces, cooking until just seared.
Add the stock, water, SuperBlend and carrot. Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer for approx. 15-20 minutes or until blend is just tender. Add kale and stir through until just wilted. Season well and serve.
