Directions
Step 1

Arrange prepared vegetables, eggs and cooked vegetables in sections on a platter.

Step 2

To make sate sauce, heat oil and fry garlic and onion until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add water, peanut butter, soy sauce and brown sugar, bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice just before serving.

Step 3

Pour sauce over vegetables before serving.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup beans, finely sliced & blanched
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges
  • 2 cups cooked vegetables (i.e. cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, sprouts)
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp garlic crushed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsps Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tsps lemon juice
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
