Pre-heat oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Line a 10 x 20cm loaf pan with baking paper.
Whisk the eggs lightly, then add the bananas and oil, mixing well.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and spices in a large bowl. Add banana mixture and whisk until well combined.
Pour into prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. Bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, before removing to a rack to cool completely.
