Line the base and opposite sides of a square 20cm cake pan with non-stick baking paper, allowing it to overhang slightly.
Mix all ingredients together except for the food coloring. Divide in half and place half in a separate bowl
Colour one half mixture with red food colour and the other with green.
Evenly press the red mixture in the prepared pan. Press the green mixture on top of the red mixture.
Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and set aside for 10 minutes to bring to room temperature. Using Christmas shaped biscuit cutters, carefully cut shapes from the pan.
