Preheat oven to 200oC. Prepare 4 pieces of foil measuring 30cm x 30cm.
Place each salmon steak on a piece of foil. Drizzle with a little olive oil and a pinch of lemon & thyme sea salt.
Wrap up the steak loosely in the foil, making sure it is completely sealed and no steam can escape. Place the parcels on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with asian greens and roasted vegetables.
