Steve's Extra Spicy BBQ Beef Ribs
Sweet and Spicy flavoured spare ribs. Sticky finger licking good.
|2 tablespoons||soft brown sugar|
|2 tablespoons||worchester sauce|
|1/2 cup||tomato sauce|
|1/2 tablespoon||McKenzie's Himalayan Pink Rock Salt|
|1 clove||garlic crushed|
|to taste||McKenzie's Chilli Flakes|
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Cook the ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain.
Add the ribs, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least several hours or for best results overnight if time permits.
Cook the ribs on a hot lightly oiled bbq grill or flat plate, brushing frequently with the marinade, for 10-15 mins, or until the ribs are well browned and cooked through.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with slices of grilled fresh pineapple.
