Steve's Extra Spicy BBQ Beef Ribs
Sweet and Spicy flavoured spare ribs. Sticky finger licking good.

| 2 tablespoons | soft brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | worchester sauce |
| 1/2 cup | tomato sauce |
| 1kg | Beef ribs |
| 1/2 tablespoon | McKenzie's Pink Rock Salt |
| 1 clove | garlic crushed |
| to taste | McKenzie's Chilli Flakes |
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Cook the ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain.
Step 2
Combine the tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce , brown sugar, McKenzie's Chilli Flakes, McKenzie's Pink Rock Salt and crushed garlic in large non metallic bowl and mix together well.
Step 3
Add the ribs, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least several hours or for best results overnight if time permits.
Step 4
Cook the ribs on a hot lightly oiled bbq grill or flat plate, brushing frequently with the marinade, for 10-15 mins, or until the ribs are well browned and cooked through.
Step 5
Serving Suggestion: Serve with slices of grilled fresh pineapple.
