Shirleys Mum's Super Slice
Easy to make and lots of easy variations.

| 1 cup | McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut |
| 125g | butter melted |
| 1 pkt | plain butter cake mix |
| 1 tin | apples |
| 300 mls | sour cream |
Directions
Step 1
Place cake mix, butter and McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut into bowl and mix well. Press into a greased and paper lined slab tin and bake in preheated moderate oven for 20 minutes or when skewer comes out clean.
Step 2
Mix together apples and sour cream and place on top of base and bake for further 15 minutes.
Cool in tray.
Keep in fridge.
Step 3
Easy variations - use any can fruit you like such as apricots, peaches, blueberries etc.
