Coconut Custard Tart

75g butter melted
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup McKenzie's Desiccated Coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sprinkle McKenzie's Ground Nutmeg
Directions
Step 1
Beat all ingredients together. Pour into a greased pie plate. Sprinkle with McKenzie's Ground Nutmeg.
Step 2
Bake in a moderate oven for 45-50 minutes or until set. After baking you will end up wth a 3 layered custard tart, with a base, custard filling and a crunchy coconut top. Can be eaten hot or cold.
