Coconut Custard Tart

| 75g | butter melted |
| 2 cups | milk |
| 1/2 cup | flour |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/2 cup | McKenzie's Desiccated Coconut |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla essence |
| Sprinkle | McKenzie's Ground Nutmeg |
Directions
Step 1
Beat all ingredients together. Pour into a greased pie plate. Sprinkle with McKenzie's Ground Nutmeg.
Step 2
Bake in a moderate oven for 45-50 minutes or until set. After baking you will end up wth a 3 layered custard tart, with a base, custard filling and a crunchy coconut top.
Can be eaten hot or cold.
