| 225g | McKenzie's Moist Flakes Coconut |
| 500mls | coconut cream |
| 2 cups | self raising flour |
| 1 1/4 cups | caster sugar |
| 2 | eggs lightly beaten |
Directions
Step 1
Sift flour into bowl. Mix in caster sugar and eggs. Add coconut cream and McKenzie's Moist Flakes Coconut. Mix well until all combined.
Step 2
Pour batter into a greased 30cm cake tin. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Allow cake to cool in tin.
Once cake is cool, dust with icing sugar.
