Red Lentil Dip - a quick and healthy dip

| 1 teaspoon | McKenzie's Curry Powder |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 1 | onion |
| 2 cups | chicken stock |
| 1 cup | McKenzie's Red Lentils |
| 1/2 cup | yoghurt |
| To taste | McKenzie's Natural Sea Salt |
| To taste | McKenzie's Whole Black Peppercorns |
| Garnish | chopped coriander |
Directions
Step 1
Simmer together McKenzie's Red Lentils, chicken stock, onion, garlic and McKenzie's Curry Powder until lentils are soft. Puree. Add McKenzie's Natural Sea Salt and McKenzie's Whole Black Peppercorns to taste. Stir in yoghurt and garnish with chopped coriander.
