Indonesian Rendang curry

| 3 tablespoons | Clive Of India Authentic Hot Madras Curry Powder |
| 2 tablespoons | McKenzie's Ground Ginger |
| 2 tablespoons | garlic crushed |
| 2 large | onions chopped |
| 750g | lean topside beef cubed |
| 3 tablespoons | oil |
| 1/2 cup | coconut milk |
| 1 tablespoon | tamarind puree |
| 2 tablespoons | brown sugar |
Directions
Step 1
Heat oil and brown beef in batches. Add onions, garlic and McKenzie's Ground Ginger, gently fry until soft. Add Clive Of India Authentic Hot Madras Curry Powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 2
Return beef with juices to pan with remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 40 - 50 minutes until beef is tender, removing lid for last 10 minutes to reduce sauce.
Step 3
Serve Indonesian Rendang with rice and Gado Gado Salad.
