Parsee Pork

Parsee Pork curry

2 tablespoons oil
500 g lean pork cubed
1 onion sliced
1 teaspoon garlic crushed
2 tablespoons Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder
1 teaspoon McKenzie's Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon tamarind puree
1/2 cup water
2 carrots sliced
Directions
Step 1
Heat oil and brown pork in batches. Add onion, garlic andMcKenzie's Ground Ginger, fry gently until soft. Add Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 2
Return pork to pan with tamarind puree and water, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, adding carrots 10 minutes from end of cooking.
Step 3
Serve Parsee Pork with rice, sambals and pappadams.
