South Indian Prawns

| 1 tablespoon | oil |
| 2 tablespoons | water |
| 1 tablespoon | Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder |
| 1 teaspoon | McKenzie's Ground Ginger |
| 1 teaspoon | garlic crushed |
| 1 | onion chopped |
| 1 1/2 cups | coconut milk |
| 2 teaspoons | golden syrup or molasses |
| 4 small | zucchinis sliced |
| 1/2 | red pepper sliced |
| 500g | green prawns peeled and deveined |
Directions
Step 1
Place onion, garlic and McKenzie's Ground Ginger, Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder and water into a blender or food processor and mix to a puree.
Step 2
Heat oil and fry puree gently for 2-3 minutes. Add coconut milk and golden syrup or molasses, simmer for 20 minutes. Add zucchini, red pepper and prawns and simmer a further 5 - 10 minutes, until prawns are just cooked.
Step 3
Serve South Indian Prawns with mango chutney, rice and pappadams.
