Chicken Madagascar - delicious curry recipe

| 2 tablespoons | oil |
| 1 kg | chicken pieces or 500g chicken breast fillets cube |
| 2 | onions sliced |
| 3 tablespoons | Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder |
| 2 tablespoons | peanut butter |
| 425g | can of tomatoes |
Directions
Step 1
Heat oil and brown chicken in batches.
Step 2
Add onion, fry gently until soft. Add Clive Of India Authentic Curry Powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 3
Return chicken to pan with remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, for chicken pieces, or 15 minutes for breast fillets, until chicken is cooked.
Step 4
Serve Chicken Madagascar with rice and fruit chutney.
