Chocolate Crackles

| 4 cups | rice bubbles |
| 1 1/2 cups | icing sugar, sifted |
| 1 cups | McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut |
| 3 tablespoons | cocoa |
| 250g | copha |
Directions
Step 1
Mix rice bubbles, icing sugar, McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut and cocoa in large mixing bowl using a wooden spoon or spatula.
Step 2
With Mum's help slowly melt the copha in a saucepan over a low heat, allow to cool slightly.
Step 3
Ask Mum to pour the copha in the rice bubble mixture and mix all ingredients well together.
Step 4
Using 2 teaspoons, spoon the mixture into 24 patty cases.
Place each Chocolate Crackle on a tray and refigerate until firm.
