| 115g | McKenzie's Rice Flour |
| 225g | plain flour |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 115g | castor sugar |
| 225g | butter |
Directions
Step 1
Sieve flour, McKenzie's Rice Flour, sugar and salt intoa bowl.
Step 2
Rub in butter and knead until smooth paste forms.
Step 3
Turn onto floured board, make shapes or shape as desired, prick with a fork.
Step 4
Place on cold greased tray, cook in a slow oven 45 minutes to 60 minutes, until pale brown.
